La Favorita Log Fired Pizza Wagon Earns New Festival PR in Edinburgh

The innovative log-fired pizza wagon created by Edinburgh restaurateur Tony Crolla has featured in a popular Festival podcast.

Tony, onwner of the city’s La Favorita and Vittoria family Italian restaurants, invested tens of thousands of pounds to put the pizza wagon on the road this year – the first in the UK.

After dishing out authentic log-fired pizzas to revellers at open air festival and events – inlcuding T in the Park – throughout the summer, the wagon is now in Edinburgh’s Briston Square for the duration of the Festival.

That brought it to the attention of Festival podcaster Ewan Spence, whose regular updates from the Festival and Fringe are downloaded by more than 100,000
