IT Firm Secures A Network Of Coverage Thanks To Merger Announcement

IT support company kick starts PR Scotland with coverage of their latest merger in one of Scotland’s biggest business supplements.
The Herald’s monthly business pages has featured a story on Euro Business Solutions after they merged with rivals InteractIT as part of a series of acquisitions, which will see the company bring £2million a year to their bottom line.
The merger which took place last month adds £175,000 annual income and an extra 26 clients to Euro Business Solutions’ profile – taking their total number o clients to 120. The merger comes just two years after the company joined forces with Eve Networks and over the next 24 months they hope to acquire four or five new businesses to double their annual income from £1million.
Staff from InteractIT will join Euro Business Solutions’ staff at their headquarters in MacMerry, East Lothian and their Director Simon Thomasson will take on the role of sales and business development manager.
