A NEW multi-million pound development has been opened in Arbroath by local MSP Graeme Dey, addressing a critical shortage in high-quality, affordable housing.

Cairn Housing Association worked in partnership with Angus Housing Association to help create 36 of the one, two and three bedroom properties at Railton Crescent, Arbroath.

Supported by a grant from the Scottish Government, the homes feature spacious living areas in pleasant external surroundings – creating ideal family homes for its new tenants.

With 30 years of experience creating quality, affordable housing, Cairn Housing Association has a property portfolio of 3200 houses across 24 local authority areas.
