The reopening of the former Boroughmuir High School signified a major milestone for CALA Homes (East) that was skillfully captured thanks to property PR photography.
Senior pupils from Boroughmuir High School were on hand to cut the ribbon at the formal entrance to the grade-B Edinburgh landmark that once served as their place of learning.
Our property PR experts made sure that the high-resolution images captured Boroughmuir’s impressive entranceway as well as the building’s signature vast windows and tall ceilings.
In addition, the building features breakout areas complete with soft furnishings by Get Fully Furnished to encourage an informal social atmosphere.
Nestled in the heart of Bruntsfield, Boroughmuir is a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Most homes have elevated ceiling heights, with some up to seven metres, innovative mezzanine levels and carefully retained original features.
The development’s location means it is surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, and independent shops, and only a short distance from Haymarket and the greenery of The Meadows.
Each of the apartments comes with lift access, allocated parking with access to electric vehicle charging points, a private residents’ courtyard and a ten year NHBC warranty.
