Property developers bring home impressive visuals with outstanding property PR photography

As Cal Homes got to work on the construction of 57 affordable homes in Penicuik, our property PR team were ready to capture the moment with professional photography.

Comprising a range of cottage flats, terraced homes and, apartments, the properties will be for social rent, helping to ease the surge in demand for social housing in Midlothian.

The homes are being constructed by Cala Homes (East), for Dunedin Canmore, and will mark as a significant contribution towards the 1000 new affordable homes Midlothian Council have committed to building in the region.

With plans for tenants to move into the homes in the summer of 2023, the houses will have a huge impact on easing social housing applications in the local area, which have nearly doubled between 2007 and 2019.

Holyrood PR has worked for a number of years with CALA Homes, providing the company with valuable public relations services. In fact, our team of PR experts have helped CALA Homes to build a compelling and powerful media profile, This has included organising multiple photoshoots to help the firm cut through with its key messages.
