Residents at a West Lothian housing development celebrated their first Christmas together in their scandi-inspired community hub, and public relations experts from an Edinburgh PR agency helped capture the moment.
The community hub at Dundas Estates’ Uphall Station Village, near Livingston welcomed residents to celebrate the Christmas season together in their community-owned hub.
Children and adults alike enjoyed festive treats such as mince pies and mulled wine, as well as gingerbread decorating activities.
The top class photography let potential buyers see for themselves Uphall Station Villages’ community feel and helped to secure some brilliant media coverage which put the development in front of thousands of potential homebuyers.
Uphall Station is a small, family-friendly community near Livingston, featuring three, four and five bedroom homes, quiet neighbourhoods and connectivity with nearby towns, cities and countryside.
The Dundas development, consisting a total of 266 homes and launched from two Eileen Kesson-designed showhomes in spring 2018, features high-spec homes.
