TALENTED mixologist Sam Kershaw was selected as the face of Tigerlily’s expert team of cocktail making bar specialists when capturing PR photography to help showcase the venue.
Easy-going Sam was only too happy to show off his shaking and mixing skills – as well as his winning smile – during a PR photoshoot which also showed off Tigerlily’s stunning bar design
In fact, Tigerlily’s team of mixologists, are headed by the award-winning Jamie McDonald, who created a collection of five cocktail menus – offering classic, contemporary and new creations – to compliment the hotel’s stylish two bars.
The menus reflect upon fresh, seasonal flavours using preserves and jellies, marinades, fresh botanicals and herbs, infused sugars, fresh fruits and a variety of bitters and enhancers. Two highlights are the Cuban-influenced Daiquiris and Prosecco-based Bellini cocktails which are tipped to be this summer’s big drinks.
