The regenerated site in Edinburgh's city Centre will launch Saturday 3 OctoberCALA Homes (East) is set to launch its first Edinburgh city centre apartment development in years this Saturday  (3rd October) – an on-trend hotspot offering next level living for house-hunters.

The upmarket housebuilder will launch Ten Brunswick Road this weekend, with the properties located just off Elm Row, at the top of Leith Walk in Edinburgh, offering doorstep access to world famous attractions and vibrant, cosmopolitan nightlife.

Situated within the grounds of the previous General Post Office building on Brunswick Road, the development will offer a varied selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, providing high quality living in a convenient locale for buyers across the Capital.

Ten Brunswick Road’s prime setting boasts unrivalled access to some of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks and host of amenities, with the famous castle and Calton Hill as well as the Edinburgh Playhouse and Waverley Train Station all within walking distance.

With the world famous Princes and George Streets just minutes away, Michelin-starred restaurants, lively bars and extensive shopping opportunities are all close at hand as well as rapid transport links for those looking for swift and easy access across the city.

The apartments offer spacious layouts and light-filled interiors and have all been designed with flexible living in mind, with generous lounges, stylish kitchen areas and convenient en-suites in most master bedrooms. The vast majority also enjoy attractive balconies, terraces or garden areas as well as communal open space.

Sarah Stanger, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (East), is encouraging house-hunters to register their interest now in order to secure one of the first apartments to be released at the sought-after location.

She said: “We are very excited about the launch of the first release at Ten Brunswick Road this weekend and have had a great response so far from buyers looking for contemporary city centre living.

“The chance to live in a CALA apartment within the city centre doesn’t come along very often and to have all that the Capital has to offer on your door step makes this the perfect development for those working or studying in the city centre.

“With 132 apartments being developed in total, Ten Brunswick Road will have a lot to offer and we would encourage anyone interested to come along and find out more.”

The Sales Area at Ten Brunswick Road will launch on 3rd October with its first phase, the two and three bedroom Calton Apartments, with prices from £255,000.
