In the spirit of National Fitness Day we thought we would update you on our progress!
(Apologies for the lack of a HPR Bootcamp blog post last week, we were extremely busy with HPR TV, client photocalls and new business proposals.)
However, this didn’t stop us attending bootcamp this Tuesday.
This week involved us getting up close and personal with the smelly boxing gloves – we still need to invest in our own – and doing lots of lunges, squats and jumps.
After a week off, Lisa and Laura didn’t make things any better for themselves by failing to understand Jamie’s instructions and ending up looking a tad silly whilst doing a leg stretch, much to everyone elses amusement!
It is safe to say that we have been feeling the effects of Tuesday’s workout as some of the team are still hobbling about the office. It’s painful, but a good feeling to know that we have worked so hard.
After four weeks now of HPR Bootcamp and making the effort to fit in the odd gym session or two in between, we are all feeling fitter and reaping the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
