on behalf of Warners Solicitors and Estate Agents
Edinburgh’s top property solicitor features in the Build Scotland website for its latest take on the market.
Warners was highlighted on the influential property news website after analysing the Scottish property market and predicting that the housing sector would remain flat for the rest of 2010.
Estate agency partner Scott Brown said that buyers and sellers were being more realistic over their expectations – which was curbing house price rises in Edinburgh. He added that, combined with tighter lending restrictions and increased frustration among buyers, the market was likely to see little change for the rest of the year
The full coverage can be seen on the Build Scotland website and was the result of an ongoing campaign maintained by Edinburgh PR and social media experts the Holyrood PR.
