Dundas Estates’ groundwork plans received national and local media attention thanks to property PR experts
Property developer’s plans to revive historic industrial site hit the media with the help of property PR experts.
Award-winning developer Dundas Estates has started the preparation of its 140 apartment Wireworks construction, located on the site of the old WWII Brunton’s Wire Mill in Musselburgh, East Lothian.
Following a media enquiry into the development, Dundas Estates produced a press release on the sites progression.
Our team shared the story, delivering the following results:
- 29 items of coverage across social media, print, and online
- 899,712 opportunities to see
- National and local coverage including The Scotsman, The Herald, Edinburgh Evening News, and the Sunday Mail
The release achieved great success, however, our PR experts had to convince the client that this media enquiry could garner the opportunity for widespread coverage across multiple platforms.
Our property PR team Interviewed Craig Fairfoull, Head of Sales & Marketing at Dundas Estates, who talked about the apartments’ distinctive design inspired by the disused factory in the Wireworks site.
After drafting a press release and issuing photographs, our team shared the story to local and national press, aiming to reach potential buyers and inform them about the apartments’ facilities.
The media coverage positioned Dundas Estates as a future-oriented property developer who builds well-designed homes that make people feel great.
