The Holyrood PR team stepped in during one of the worst winters Scotland has ever seen to provide support for Scottish Water.

Scottish Water was inundated with thousands of media and public enquiries in December and Holyrood PR voultarily joined staff to ease the work load.

The challenge included working round the clock, enduring lenghty shifts and handling hundred of enquiries.
