This week we’ve been going Cuckoo for cupcakes, dancing into the nationals and shooting a video for top PAs in the capital.

First up, Cuckoo’s have been cooking up a storm in the Scotsman Magazine’s Food and drink section this weekend. Talking readers through a delicious three-course meal of butternut squash, caramelised red onion, thyme and goats cheese tart followed by an apple layer cake and sticky toffee cupcakes.

One half of the cupcake duo also hit the spotlight in Edinburgh Evening New’s Perfect Weekend where Graham was asked to answer 5 quick questions to reveal his idea of a perfect weekend.

And it’s not only been cakes that have been impressing the Scotsman, Glasgow’s Corinthian Club also made an appearance with its new girly dance packages we first mentioned last week. The alternative packages offer women the chance to come along to the stunning venue and practise their best moves before continuing their night in the club.

And now onto some video news as Capture media went along to the annual PAX in the City event which invites PA’s, secretaries, bookers and office managers along to sample what is on offer in and around Edinburgh. The event was held at the George Hotel and the video was produced to help promote the event and be used as marketing material to entice future attendees.
