A week full of success for Edinburgh PR agency’s clients and staff
Friday, November 28th, 2014
This week in HPR TV find out how staying quiet got one of our clients some great coverage, how our property clients were given a double page spread and it’s the return of the ceramic horses to Hamilton town centre.
First up, business clients are getting the ultimate ‘do not disturb’ experience when enjoying a good night’s sleep at Edinburgh’s Royal Terrace Hotel.
A recent £7.25 million refurbishment has seen 7 of the hotel’s Georgian townhouses transformed into an official ‘quiet zone’ for guests. We decided pictures would be the key to bringing this story to life and asked our creative photography team to take some fun photos.
News of the hotel’s hushed tones reached Scotland’s largest national newspaper in terms of circulation figures, The Scottish Sun. As well as featuring in the Edinburgh Evening News, Fife Business Journal and Hotel designs.net.
Also this week, Exclusive home builder CALA Homes scored a doubly impressive feature in The Scotsman as the two page spread covered CALA’s Fairmilehead and Trinity Park developments. But that’s not all the success we’ve had for CALA this week as they also featured in The Herald, with their plans to develop part of Donaldson’s College into impressive new build apartments.
Ceramic horses also made a comeback on this week HPR TV. The renewable energy firm Banks Renewables had announced a generous donation to replicate the two most popular fibre glass Clydesdale horses that formed Hamilton’s Ready Steady Gallop event.
The vote, which was run online by local title the Hamilton Advertiser gave Banks some great coverage and that was followed up in last week when the two winning horses were recreated and placed back in the town on a permanent basis.
And finally, there was a special announcement this week at Holyrood PR. After a hugely impressive 6 months with us, Ross Stebbing has been promoted to Account executive. Well done Ross!
