Edinburgh’s top property solicitor has received another boost to its PR in Scotland after being featured pominently in a national newspaper.

Warners was featured in The Metro newspaper, which reported on its latest, unique property of the week on its books in Edinburgh.

The tabloid paper used the property at Coates Gardens in Edinburgh as an example of how outside space can help drive up the desirability – and asking price – of a home in the city. The Metro also highlighted how the £380,00 home was a perfect investment for busy professionals – as it contained an artificial lawn that never needs to be cut.
