Edinburgh’s top property solicitor has received another boost to its PR in Scotland after being featured pominently in a national newspaper.
The tabloid paper used the property at Coates Gardens in Edinburgh as an example of how outside space can help drive up the desirability – and asking price – of a home in the city. The Metro also highlighted how the £380,00 home was a perfect investment for busy professionals – as it contained an artificial lawn that never needs to be cut.
The property can be viewed on the Warners website. The Metro coverage was the result of a sustained strategy maintained by Holyrood PR PR in Edinburgh.
