Glasshouse Gets a Double Serving of Coverage

The Glasshouse off the Mile has been featured in Edinburgh’s daily newspaper.

Within a weekend edition of the Edinburgh Evening News, details of the St Giles Street venue’s latest offer was displayed.

In the “Hot Deals” section, it’s noted that customers can order a main meal or two starters or two desserts from the restaurant’s lunch or dinner menu for only £10.

The venue – just off the famous Royal Mile on St Giles Street – is run by executive shef Steven Adair and since opening in February has quickly established itself as on of the top restaurants in Edinburgh.

Steven’s passion for local ingredients and produce has been his ethos for his latest venture and aims to provide his customers with high quality, affordable dining.
