Steven Adaid, executive head chef at the Edinburgh venue located in the heart of the capital’s Old Town, was pictured alongside an article detailing his unique smoking technique.
Introduced on his signature dish, the smoking technique combines natural flavours and ingredients to create a delicious and unforgettable taste.
The venue – just off the famous Royal Mile on St Giles Street – opened in february and has quickly established itself as on of the top restaurants in Edinburgh.
Steven’s passion for local ingredients and produce has been his ethos for his latest venture and aims to provide his customers with high quality, affordable dining.
