Scottish events company see a serving of media success

SODEXO PRESTIGE, the corporate dining, hospitality and events division of Sodexo have received a tasty spread in trade press this month, thanks to food and drink PR experts.

Meetings and Incentive Travel Magazine (M & IT) featured Trevor in its ‘Memorable Memories’ piece where he described his favourite menu which he had prepared for the prestigious Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards, held at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh.

The culinary connoisseur cited the menu, which included fresh Loch Etive trout, a trio of Ayrshire pork and a vanilla panna cotta served with a Scottish strawberry nage, as particularly memorable due to it reflecting his passion for Scotland being a “land of food and drink”.

Sodexo prestige are partners with 17 top class venues in Scotland – and 50 across the UK – including Hampden Park, where it employs 21 full-time staff.

Other partners include Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and Hamilton Park Racecourse, while it also provides catering hospitality for The Open Championship, one of the world’s biggest golfing events.

It’s a cause for celebration for hospitality specialists Sodexo Prestige as they prepare themselves to welcome more than 6000 guests to the stadium over the festive season.

News of  Christmas being back in business at Hampden Park was featured on venue specialist website http://www.venues.org.uk/ and was achieved as part of an ongoing PR campaign for Sodexo Prestige.
