EDINBURGH restaurant, New Chapter, are celebrating recent food and drink PR media success after being awarded the Good Food Winners for 2020.

The restaurant found on Eyre Place and run by husband and wife team, Matthew and Carol Korecki, have added the culinary award to their ever growing collection.

To win the Good Food Award, the restaurant had to offer a range of delicious dishes, rank well against their competitors, receive consistently positive customer feedback and have outstanding food hygiene measures. New Chapter passed these standards with flying colours, landing them the win.

The Good Food awards, formed in 2002, offer awards to a wide range of establishments from local fish and chip shops to high end dining, but the same first class standards are expected from all winners.

Owner, Matthew, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with this win. We have always been proud of the food and service we deliver to our customers and to be recognised with a Good Food Award brings a whole new level of pride.”

New Chapter was established in 2015 and has since become one of the most popular dining experiences in Edinburgh, offering a modern menu which mixes Scottish foods with European influences.

The restaurant also offers an exclusive private dining area perfect for any occasion and regularly hosts popular jazz nights.

New Chapter is the sister restaurant of, equally as popular, Otro in Edinburgh’s West End, also owned and run by the Korecki family.
