Graham took part in the ‘A Perfect Weekend’ feature in Saturday’s Edinburgh Evening News, a short interview where participants are questioned about their favourite way to spend a special weekend off.

Cooking Up A Storm

Cuckoo’s Bakery has earned valuable media coverage in The Scotsman‘s Weekend Life supplement.

Published in Scotland every Saturday, the supplement offers the latest in lifestyle news to an estimated circulation of 28,500 people.

The piece, ‘Welcome to Winter‘ was prepared as an exclusive for Weekend Life. Co-owners of the Dundas St bakery, Graham Savage and Vidya Sarjoo, spoke about their current seasonal menu and shared three of their favourite winter-warmer recipes to help get readers into festive spirit.

The three recipes were for a butternut squash, caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart, an apple layer cake and sticky toffee cupcakes.

Cupcakes are a Christmas Favourite

Cuckoo’s Bakery co-owners Graham Savage and Vidya Sarjoo have  been getting into the Christmas spirit with the Edinburgh Evening News, discussing where they shop locally for the festive season.

Graham and Vidya took part in an exclusive photo call with a photographer from the Edinburgh Evening News at their premises on 150 Dundas Street for the piece, displaying their range of popular festive cupcakes.

The two landed on the front page of the publication and a formed part of a centre feature, giving their business some great local exposure. The feature was also published online.

The Edinburgh Evening News has a circulation of over 32,000 appealing to local residents in Scotland’s capital with a host of local news, stories and features daily.
