Head Chef Tom Beauchamp and the team of catering experts are set to undergo the ultimate high-profile test – serving up a three course meal to 800 of Scotland’s most discerning food and drinks experts in incredibly tight timescales – but are remarkably unfazed by the challenge.
The Awards are taking place on Wednesday, May 27th, with the menu thus far being kept a closely guarded secret – ready to be finally revealed on the night itself.
