Described as an elegant new wine bar, Divino Enoteca oozes approachable class, offering wine lovers across Scotland the chance to sample some of Italy’s fine and rare wines by the glass.
Since opening in August this year the venue has been a draw for residents and tourists alike, thanks not only to its extensive wine list but also to their Scotland first Enomatic wine dispensing technology, which uses nitrogen gas to preserve the flavour and body of the wine, ensuring the perfect serve each time.
As well as fine wine customers can also sample a selection of fine Italian antipasti and traditional Italian mains, that have been designed to perfectly complement the wines on offer.
With luxorious interiors, which combine traditional wooden floors with chic leather seating, chesterfields and a travertine top bar – Divino Enoteca really is a venue to watch for wine enthusiasts and wine beginniers alike.
The recently re-opened Ratpack has a completely revamped bar has been influenced by the 1950’s music scene – complete with eclectic décor, soft furnishings and charismatic staff to really make it one in a million.
With a reputation for being one of the top live music bars in the city, the new look has failed to disappoint its customers who are impressed with the new layout.
La Favorita was awarded the title of the Best Independant Pizza Reastaurant in the UK at this years PAPA (Pasta and Italian Food Association) awards, beating off competition from renowned pizzerias across the UK.
The venue won the award thanks to its log fired pizzas, made with fresh Italian and Scottish produce which make the pizzas a hit with pizza lovers across the city.
Tony Crolla owner of the venue, credits the win not only to the authentic way in which the pizzas are made but also to the high quality customer service that makes sure the dining experience at La Favorita is nothing short of excellent.
La Favorita has also won awards for it’s innovative pizza delivery service, which uses minis to deliever pizzas across the city. The restaurant also became the first pizzeria in Scotland to be awarded an AA Rosette in 2009 and quickly followed this up with a second rosette this year.
