Unique home assistance company, First Call has signed a breakthrough agreement with YourPlace.
YourPlace, which is part of the Glasgow Housing Association grouping, aims to provide an efficient management service for owners of factored properties in Glasgow and the customer-focused policies of First Call would allow customers to access “exclusive” home emergency cover rates.
Both parties are confident about the agreement with YourPlace managing director Jennifer Russell commenting: “Our customers told us through surveys that they would like the opportunity to buy boiler and central heating cover through us.”
First Call, which is fast establishing a wide network across the UK described the agreement as a “huge boost for business”.
Customers of YourPlace will now benefit from the services of First Call such as a 2 hour emergency response time, a 24 hour free phone helpdesk and unlimited calls out as part of its unique service.
