PR agency mark end of the Edinburgh festival
This week, although we’re sad to see the Edinburgh Fringe Festival come to an end for another year, we haven’t let that stop us putting on a cracking display of coverage for our clients and our stories have been going off with a bang in the media.
Our client Thames Water Commercial Services has been in sparkling form in Aberdeen and as their PR agency, we helped the water provider shout about it in its target publication – Roustabout Magazine.
Thames are keen to raise awareness amongst Oil & Gas firms that they can save costs by switching water supplier and identified the industry magazine as the key title to reach as much of the market as possible.
We set about writing a piece, with Head of Sales Alan Munro, about the increase level of interest there has been in Aberdeen since the downturn in the Oil industry. Roustabout were keen to take the story as an exclusive, which has since been followed up by coverage in the Economic Voice and several Utilities publications.
So how do we get coverage like this for our clients? Well, to find out start by joining the Holyrood Priority List and get the latest PR tips to your inbox.
Blackwood – one of Scotland’s most innovative housing and care providers – this month announced the appointment of its first ever Strategic Development Director.
Simon Fitzpatrick, who has more than 15 years experience in asset management across Scotland, has taken up the unique role where he will be responsible for the delivery of Blackwood’s groundbreaking Concept House as well as its digital care innovations.
In particular, he will take a lead in driving forward Blackwood’s plans to introduce greater innovation; developing the new wave of digital care to improve the lives of service users and assisting commissioning partners in driving efficiencies in the integration of social care.
Blackwood is believed to be the first housing and care provider to introduce the Strategic Development Director position, and the experts at this PR agency in Edinburgh made sure everyone knew this. The story rocketed into The Herald – which has a circulation of over 37,000 – as well as in key business and care titles, such as Scottish Business News Network, Housing Scotland Today and Scottish Housing News.
When an ex-squaddie was given a life-changing dental treatment, we pulled out all the stops using great PR storytelling with words, photography and video.
And now, the staff from Vitaliteeth wanted to use our video services again to capture a positive testimonial from patient Mary Banks, who has been given a sparkling new smile worth showing off.
No doubt the video – which you can watch here – will be exactly what Vitaliteeth’s new customers will be looking for: a reassuring review of an expert dental service that can offer life-changing results.
Do you want the same media display for your business?
