on behalf of Bell Ingram
A new Senior Associate is joining the Perth office of leading land management agent, Bell Ingram.
Sarah Tyson, a farmer’s daughter who grew up in Cumbria, has worked in rural property throughout Scotland and England since graduating in land management from Reading University.
As well as her extensive experience concentrating on estate management, property and valuations, Sarah also has expert knowledge in renewable energy and consultancy across a range of property types.
Sarah will now be based in the Perth office where she will focus on the rural side of the business.
She said: “I am excited to join the team here in Perth and am looking forward to the new challenges with Bell Ingram. The range of work I shall be covering is very varied and I also hope to build on my previous work as an agent and valuer for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation .
“With the forthcoming independence referendum, changes in agricultural support systems and major Scottish infrastructure works like the A9 dualling, there are many changes which will impact on farmers and property owners. The diversity within Bell Ingram’s practice and their multi- disciplinary approach, from forestry to utility projects to farm finance or planning matters, enhances the firm’s offering and I hope that my previous experience will add to that for the benefit of current and future clients.”
Sarah was previously a Senior Associate at CKD Galbraith in the North of Scotland before deciding to join the team at Bell Ingram.
Mark Mitchell, of Bell Ingram, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah on board to the team here in Perth.
“Her wealth of experience is exactly what we need to provide our current and future clients with valuable advice in property, agriculture and renewables, all key sectors for our business.
“We look forward to working with Sarah and hope to welcome on board new clients that will benefit from her years of valued experience.”
