All Media Scotland has posted an article on its website regarding Gibson Kerr’s advice to know the legal rules for pets in seperation cases.

The website – Scotlands journalism and pr exchange – produced the piece on its media releases section and inlcuded a picture of the owners of the Edinburgh-run law firm.

According to Edinburgh family law firm Gibson Kerr, divorcing couples in Scotland should make sure they are aware of the legal rules when it comes to trying to keep hold of their family pets when they separate.

It states: “Family law firm Gibson Kerr says that separating couples should seek proper legal advice over the best way to seek ownership of their pets – if they want to avoid an emotionally draining fight to have possession of the animals.”
