Digital PR Experts at Holyrood PR organised a festive gift for nine of Scotland’s top influencers and helped our client, Mackie’s of Scotland, put its newest product launch in front of 62,863 (and counting) potential customers.

We sent out four bars of the newly launched orange chocolate to nine top foodie and lifestyle influencers as an early Christmas present, for them to try the product which only hit the shelves in the latter half of 2020.

The chocolate wasn’t the only tasty result to come out of the gift, others highlights included:

  • Nine influencers keen to try the orange chocolate and share with their followers
  • Over 62,863 opportunities to see the content on nine Instagram accounts
  • Influencers following has an interest in food and Scottish produce
  • Securing re-shareable content and permanent spot on influencers grid

Everyone either shared the gift of their story or on their grid, creating multiple opportunities for people to see the brand and product while also highlighting the new offering by Mackie’s – meaning Orange Chocolate got the seal of approval from a host of well-respected influencers.

The coverage didn’t just put Mackie’s in front of current and potential new customers, it also reached a host of different people with range of ages, locations and interests.
