Warners solicitors and estate agents have been celebrating after receiving yet another high profile piece of press coverage in a major Scottish newspaper.

The Daily Express ran a story about how Warners was setting closing dates on some of its property sales in Edinburgh – the first time in months that this had happened at the firm.

The re-emergence of closing dates has been hailed as a sign that conditions are starting to take a turn for the better in the Scottish property market. Warners suggests that, as more people are competing for properties to but, there is cause for cautious optimism about the number of property sales and house values over the coming year.
