Express Coverage Brings New PR Success to Warners

on behalf of Warners Solicitors and Estate Agents
Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has received a prestigious piece of coverage in one of Scotland’s biggest Sunday newspapers.
The Sunday Express ran a story about how the firm has highlighted dwindling interest in “fixer-upper” properties across the country in recent months.
Warners, which is the number one property solicitor in terms of sales and listings in Edinburgh, believes that thanks to the credit crunch, housebuyers are shunning properties that require a lot of restructuring. It says that, although these properties were made popular by shows like Grand Designs, housebuyers in the current climate were preferring to buy properties that require only minor cosmetic improvements.
The full coverage appeared in the Sunday Express and came as the result of a media campaign by public relations experts Holyrood PR PR in Edinburgh.
