One of Edinburgh’s landmark hotels has launched its new gastro pub as part of an extensive makeover- and has been picked up by local newspaper, Edinburgh Evening News who featured the story in its Food News section.
The Bothy Restaurant and Drinkery, set within the old Murrayfield Hotel, welcomed just locals to have the first chance of an exclusive peek at the stunning transformation which is set to bring something completely new to the west end of Edinburgh.
The new eatery which gives a nod to the capital’s rich Scottish heritage through its traditional interiors and old fashioned pub style food, decided that it is very good to be neighbourly and only invited local people and businesses to its exclusive launch night.
News of this opening was picked up in Saturday’s edition of the local newspaper which has a circulation of more than 30,000.
