ELPG member Leslie Deans has provided expert comments for the Edinburgh Evening News, which have been featured in an analysis article about the state of the Capital’;s property market.
The property expert, who is senior partner at Leslie Deans & Co, explained that recent statistics showing that 81% of properties in Edinburgh were selling for below their fixed price were a result of sellers being realistic about how much they value their homes.
Leslie also told the newspaper that he believed the property market in Edinburgh was starting to take a turn for the better, as many estate agents were reporting an increase in the number of property viewings being arranged for would-be buyers.
Leslie Deans & Co is one of five property solicitors in the ELPG – along with Warners, Neilsons, Drummond Miller and the Lints Partnership – which accounts more more than 25% of all property sales in the ESPC.
