Evening News Headlines for Gibson Kerr’s Latest Legal Advice

Gibson Kerr coverage secured by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandEdinburgh family law firm Gibson Kerr has celebrated another piece of high profile coverage in the Capital’s evening newspaper.

The Evening News published a story about how people in Edinburgh needed to ensure they made sufficient Power of Attorney agreements – unless they want put themselves and their families at risk.

Gibson Kerr partner Scott Rasmusen told the paper that many people in Scotland did not have any Power of Attorney agreement in place at present, and those that did tended to only have one agreement set up. He added that this left elderly people vulnerable, as they would not have a back up in place if the worst happened.
