A report highlighting how closing dates are returning to the Scottish property market has meant Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has once again secured press coverage in the Capital’s national newspaper.
The Edinburgh Evening News featured the comments from Warners estate agency partner Scott Brown about how closing dates were starting to be set on properties in the Capital – which suggests more people are now willing to put in offers on a dream home.
The comments were used as part of a wider story by the city’s evening newspaper about how property prices in Edinburgh had inched to a seven-month high. The figures from the ESPC showed that the average Edinburgh home sold for £201,497 during April, which is their highest value since last September.
