European Championship secures yet more coverage for U.S. Kids Golf

Calum Hill and Lara Frostwick launch the US Kids Golf European ChampionshipGolf Links, one of the leading European golf news websites, has ran a preview feature on the forthcoming U.S. Kids Golf European Championship.

The online portal, which also promotes golfing competitions across Europe and promotes some of the continent’s best courses, ran a story about the launch of this year’s competition and issued a call for more young competitiors to enter the tournament.

The event, which is now regarded as Europe’s premier tournament for junior golfers, takes place over five historic courses in East Lothian, Scotland, in May.

To celebrate the launch of the tournament, local youngsters Calum Hill, 13, and 14-year-old Lara Frostwick played a special “old vs new” golfing match where Calum played with 19th century hickory-shafted clubs dressed in traditional golfing attire and Lara enjoyed all the latest equipment from leading manufacturer U.S. Kids Golf.
