A successful and innovative property initiative set up by a group of leading Edinburgh property solicitors has been featured in the Edinburgh Evening News.
The ELPG group, which is made up of Warners, Neilsons, Drummond Miller, Leslie Deans & Co and the Lints Partnership, introduced their January Sales initiative last month – offering bargain prices on hundreds of properties across the Lothians in an attempt to re-stimulate the market.
The group, which accounts for more than 25% of property sales in the ESPC, has received hundreds of enquiries since the initiative was introduced and has arranged dozens of property viewings. If successful, they believe that the scheme will help to spark millions of pounds worth of property sales in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
