ELPG coverage in The Firm

An innovative property initiative set up by the Edinburgh and Lothians Property Group has been featured in the pages of Scotland’s leading law journal, The Firm.

The magazine, which is read by senior figures in the Scottish legal industry, reported on the ELPG’s January Sales drive – which is aimed at re-stimulating the property market in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Under the initiative, more than 200 properties advertised in the fortnightly ELPG guide have been re-valued and are now available at bargain prices, with some having tens of thousands of pounds reduced from their original valuation.

The Firm also reported that the scheme had encouraged hundreds of people across the Capital to arrange viewings of properties in the January Sales – raising hopes that the market may start showing the first green shoots of recover.

The ELPG, which consists of Warners, Drummond Miller, Leslie Deans & Co, Neilsons and the Lints Partnership, accounts for around 26% of all property sales in the ESPC.
