A leading newspaper in Slough has reported on a young competitor’s progress in the U.S. Kids Golf European Championship.

The Slough Observer ran a feature on how Annabel Dimmock had scored her way to third place in her age group at the competition, which was held in East Lothian last month.

The tournament was staged across five of the most historic courses in East Lothian and was organised by the U.S. Kids Golf Foundation, which is committed to growing the game of golf around the world and promoting the sport to youngsters. More than 430 young competitors from 34 countries attended the event, where they were competing for places at this year’s prestigious U.S. Kids Golf World Championship in Pinehurst.
