Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has been celebrating after securing a full page piece of coverage in the Edinburgh Evening News.

The newspaper featured expert quotes from Warners estate agency partner Scott Brown about the role of offers around prices in the city’s property market, as part of a wider story focussing on the reduction in offers offer values.

Warners has previously highlighted that due to Home Reports and the ongoing recession, offers over and fixed prices are dying out across the country’s housing market. Scott believes that buyers and sellers are becoming more realistic about the prices they expect for their proeprties and this is helping to spark activity in the market – as more buyers become attracted by bargain prices.
