Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor group the ELPG has been celebrating after being featured in a high profile legal publication.

The Firm magazine, which is read by senior figures in the Scottish legal industry, featured quotes from the ELPG in a recent article about the future of conveyancing in Edinburgh.

The magazine said that recent tensions and financial issues at the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) had made the future of property selling in Edinburgh very unpredictable. The article quoted ELPG member John Lints, from the Lints Partnership, who said that although he felt the ESPC would maintain a strong presence in Edinburgh, it would have to work closer with its West Coast counterpart the GSPC in the future.
