Divino PR Scotland SCRUM magazineEdinburgh’s premium Italian wine and antipasti bar scores a PR Scotland try with tasty coverage in popular sports magazine.

Divino Enoteca located in the heart of the capital’s Old Town is the focus of SCRUM magazines food and drink section thanks to its innovative wine list and revamped food menu.

The magazine which is read by rugby players and fans across Scotland, has a regular ‘foodies’ spot which names some of the best places in Scotland for sport enthusiasts to relax and enjoy some of the country’s top food and drink.

Divino Enoteca, has been a favourite haunt of the magazine since it opened in September 2010 and this month, SCRUM focuses on the delicious and authentic Italian antipasti that the venue offers.

With the aim of providing customers with a true taste of Italy, the specialised food menu has been created using only the finest products (D.O.P) all of which have been sourced from Italy’s top producers and importers.

The centre piece of the menu is the Grande Antipasto Divino, which offers a selection of Italy’s finest cheeses, cured meats, marinated vegtables and sour dough breads, priced at just £7.50 per person.

Although food is the main focus of the article, Divino Enoteca has become well known for it’s extensive selection of Italian wine and the team behind the venue have spent months creating one of Scotland and the UK’s most detailed and innovative wine lists.

Creating a journey for the customer, the wine list takes them across some of Italy’s renowned wine growing regions, from Valle D’Aosta in the North to Sicilia in the South. Divino Enoteca is also the first venue in scotland to use state of the art Enomatic wine dispensers, which use nitrogen gas to preserve the flavour and body of the wine ensuring the perfect serve each time.

Owner and popular Edinburgh Italian restaurateur Tony Crolla quotes in the article: “We are one of the only venues in Scotland providing wine lovers with a traditional and unique experience of Italian enotecas.

“From our carefully selected wine choices and our authentic food offering we strive to bring our customers the highest quality products available.

“We want to create the best enoteca in the UK and can only do this with the best quality products.”
