Glasshouse Edinburgh Reporter Steven Adair’s recipe of the week continues to be a big hit with readers of The Edinburgh Reporter – serving up some excellent PR Scotland.

For the third week running, The Glasshouse Off The Mile had featured a tasty recipe of the week in popular Edinburgh online newspaper The Edinburgh Reporter.

This week head chef Steven Adair shows home cookers how to serve up a perfect fish of the day, using any fish of their choice and serving with pak choi vegetables and sweet potatoes.

The Glasshouse Off The Mile is located on St Giles Street and provides a mouth watering selection of traditional Scottish dishes made from the highest quality local produce, created by renowned chef Steven himself. 

The recipe of the week will run every week with the aim to get the people of Scotland cooking and using Scottish produce to create tasty and healthy food which isn’t too compliacted to make. 

The full recipe can be viewed on The Edinburgh Reporter’s website and was secured as part of a successful PR and social media campaign carried out by the Holyrood Partnership.
