Glasgow-based dental group shows off new head office thanks to Health PR experts
Our health PR team announced Scotland’s largest dental group was transitioning to a new hybrid working model following staff demand.
After working from home throughout the pandemic, Clyde Munro Dental Group decided to revamp its headquarters by reducing its office capacity to create a newly decorated, comfortable working environment while allowing non-practice staff members to work remotely.
Clyde Munro reassessed their working conditions after consulting the staff members, of which more than half were in favour of a blended working model.
Our Health PR experts shared the story, delivering the following results:
- 9 items of coverage across social media, print and online
- 362,207 opportunities to see
- Featured in The Scotsman and Edinburgh Evening News, Employee Benefits, and The Scottish Dental Magazine
Our health PR experts interviewed key members of the human resources and marketing teams to explain their reasoning behind the new hybrid work model.
Not only did this story require interesting and vibrant photographs of the renovation; but our PR team also requested statistics gathered from an internal survey to illustrate the need for the office hybrid. Following these points we drafted a press release.
We then distributed the release to regional and national media outlets, aiming to attract potential clients as well as new recruits across the country.
The successful coverage highlights Clyde Munro’s efforts to boost their staff’s wellbeing, positioning it as an attentive and ever-improving company.
