Reidvale Housing Association is a long-established, community-led housing provider based in the East End of Glasgow.

Managing 898 homes, nine commercial units and a neighbourhood centre, it also delivers factoring services to over 200 private owners. Founded in 1976 in response to mass demolition in the area, Reidvale was one of Scotland’s first tenant-controlled housing associations.

With a small, dedicated team and a strong focus on accountability, respect and local impact, Reidvale continues to provide high-quality, affordable homes while remaining deeply rooted in the community it serves.
