CityLets features in newspaper after they reveal rental statistics.
CityLets was featured in an article in the Edinburgh Evening News which names Glasgow as the cheapest city in Scotland for private flat rentals.
The article is following the figures compiled by CityLets were revealed, based on more than 50,000 annual lettings.
In the article a breakdown of the cheapest areas in the city is given, placing Govan and Ibrox as the cheapest, closely followed by Parkhead and Tollcross.
However, the Park and Woodlands area of Glasgow is amongst the top 10 most expensive areas in Scotland to rent.
Dan Cookson, a senior analyst at CityLets said: “It is interesting to see that neighbourhoods in Glasgow remain some of the cheapest to rent in Scotland.
“This kind of result shows that despite the increased demand for private rental property it is still a very competitive market.
“However, with Park and Woodlands among the top 10 most expensive areas to rent, it shows tenants are still willing to pay good prices to rent in what is perceived as a desirable area.”
CityLets is one of Scotland’s leading rental agencies.
This great piece of coverage was secured on behalf of CityLets thanks to the PR expertise of The Holyrood PR.
