The property lettings portal revealed the current climate of the Scottish rental market, reporting that it is experiencing steady growth.
Rents across most of Scotland’s key cities have been steadily increasing with the average rent being a 2.6% rise on the first of 2011.
Dan C ookson, Senior Analyst at Citylets said: “It’s clear that many people setting up home for the first time are choosing to rent with the expectation that this will be for several years.”
