An Edinburgh-based rental portal has predicted that the unstable Scottish rental market is set to become more stable as we enter 2010.
Citylets gained good PR in Scotland thanks to coverage of their forecast on the Home Move Online website.
The site – lauded as the UK’s independent property advice portal, quoted Citylets founder, Thomas Ashdown who said the market may have bottomed out following falls in the last quarter.
Thomas told how the situation for two bed flats in Edinburgh and Glasgow had worsened,
But his largely optimistic outlook saw the website report the predictions under the headline of: “Signs of stability in Scottish rental market”
