Announcing a new strategy into the media is a walking in the park for charity PR experts at Holyrood PR.

The team helped Scottish charity Paths for All gain impressive regional and national coverage for their recent strategy launch ‘Step it Up’. The strategy aims to tackle physical inactivity, poor mental wellbeing, health and transport inequalities and the climate emergency.

Our charity PR experts stepped up to the challenge and produced some fantastic results:

  • 27 items of coverage
  • 2,995,635 opportunities to see
  • Impressive regional coverage in Renfrewshire NewsDumfries & Galloway! What’s Going On?, Southern Reporter, West Lothian Courier, Isle of Bute News and Dunoon Observer and Argyllshire Standard
  • Other impressive features include the Daily Record, Lanark and Carluke Gazette, Cumbernauld News, Glenrothes Gazette, Milngavie and Bearsden Herald, Berwickshire News, Fife Herald and Citizen and Linlithgow Gazette

Our experts in charity PR drafted a press release that was issued to key local and regional titles where Paths for All operates, placing the story in front of those who use the services already as well as those who might want to get involved but need a bit of motivation.

The timing of the strategy proved effective as it was launch in January – a time when many people re looking to make changes to their habits.
