Team of charity PR experts walk the walk with shining media results

Paths for All walking with nature media success

OUR CHARITY PR team can talk the talk but can we also walk the walk? With our client Paths for All’s latest media success -the answer is YES!

For Paths for All’s Walking with Nature campaign Holyrood PR were tasked with the objective of increasing awareness of the benefits of walking in nature by achieving press coverage across 8 titles.

The team smashed this objective by delivering coverage in 37 titles across the country and with a prime slot in The Herald – with results still coming!

We tailored pitches and releases to individual locations by highlighting the best walks in that specific area to ensure the local papers were able to evidently see the relationship between the story and their readers.

Highlights include:

  • Over 464,784 opportunities to see
  • Over 37 items of coverage
  • Coverage in online, print and digital
  • Earned national, regional, local and trade coverage
  • Extensive coverage on the Herald Scotland

The coverage encouraged and informed individuals on the benefits walking has on our mental, physical and social wellbeing, and included information detailing Paths for All’s online content hub. The hub provided Scots with ideas, tips and activities to connect with nature whilst getting fresh air.

The results were generated through thoughtful and detailed efforts by our expert team to connect with and tap into local and regional communities.

Local and regional coverage is a significant result for Paths for All as it shares their message and information with individuals across the country. Regional and local coverage is a powerful and valuable way to get your message heard. For this story in particular, we conducted a regional roll out to ensure we reached every council area.

Paths for All is Scotland’s national walking charity, working towards creating a happier, healthier, and more active society through one key mission: to get Scotland walking: everyone, every day, everywhere.
