Edinburgh PR success story on police dog visit to children's hospitalTHE CHILDREN at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children have been treated to a visit from Police Scotland’s newest four-legged recruits, thanks to the Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity (ECHC).

The visit put a smile on the young peoples’ faces, who got an opportunity to name the two German Shepherd pups Otto and Karma, and learn more about the training which prepares them for their important role in the police force.

This lighthearted story was a media hit, with highlights including:

  • An overall reach of around 30,771 people
